In the background one can hear the rumblings of anticipation from the
Wash. DC/B'more/ No. VA area. "The Brain Surgeons heading South? Let us
find the route of transit and derail them for a series of concerts in
this area."

With all the requests from different locations once on the road Al, tBS
may never get back to New York. 8>).

Figured many would try to drag out the details. I skipped over your
post because I took your advice. I DON'T WANT TO KNOW AT THIS POINT!

Had I first heard 7SD today I would probably enjoy the song immensely
and have a good laugh, alas it hit me in my impresssionable youth when I
had no idea that BOC was much more than heavy hitters and great players.

Don't hold out Theo give me the details. Is it going to be Tommy, Jack,
Ted, Sammy and a drummer? Oh better take this private.

Perhaps Al will be kind enough to shed some light on this thinking.
F/K dosen't have outstanding sound quality or a great mix, it is in fact
rather raw, but thats what makes it so great. I have never seen any
band have a flawless performance. There are a bunch of live albums from
the 70's where the flaws are engineered out; they sound almost sterile.
F/K sound like BOC in '75. The only sin/omissions I see is that there
wern't three albums ibn the package.

Richard M. > Now, for the concert itself. BOC's opening band was
>called Angel. All wore white suits, all teleported on the stage, all
>performed at the top of their lungs, and all left the stage, finally.

Howls. Greg Guffria (sp) Punky Meadows and the boys in their white
chiffon opening for BOC? Wish I was there. These guys were great
studio but well, less than pleasing live. Compare their Live Without A
Net to F/K. Thats sterility.

>> Bottle rockets. Stupid people shouldn't be sold matches and
>bottle rockets.

Perhaps this is why SEE was a single and not a double. From what you do
recall from the setlist it increases my confusion over why SEE was a
makeup for F/K .
