BOC, HW, NIK:Setting BOC-L listserv options

        I need some help.  I lost the listserv sheet that tells me how
to filter or turn off some components of the discussion group.  I know
that the filter command looks something like this:


Set BOC-L <etc...>

        What are the commands and switches for the different segments
of BOC-L?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
