    Hey, just because he's gay doesn't mean he _couldn't_ have a (female)
girlfriend if he (and s/he) wanted.  Let's not leap into stereotypical
assumptions :)

     Pity his primary legacy with Hawkwind was penning only "Shot Down in
the Night".  That's a great song (though frankly, done better on _Live '79_
than on Steve's solo album).
