OFF: Captain Rizz for PM?

I just went and voted, OK, and I noticed one of the candidates (this is
Dulwich & West Norwood) was a certain Captain Rizz, representing the Rizz
Party.  There can't be two of them, can there - this is the dreadlocked EBS
recording artist?

Must say, he's been running a pretty low-profile campaign!
