Daniel, you socialist bastid (insert smiley).   You misunderstand, these are
NOT for medicinal purposes, but strictly an upscale trendy thing.   They
"flavor" the oxygen by bubbling it through flavored waters.  In Toronto,
they had to lower the concentration because of the risk of harmful effects
to patrons sucking on pure O2 for 20 minutes.   We evolved in a roughly 20%
concentration of the gas and our bodies are designed for that level, not
dramatically more or less.   Both lead to bad things.  This is just a way to
separate rubes from their money.  Now if there were nitrous bars, I'd be on
your free access for the masses bandwagon in a heartbeat.
