ok:   pubs in London SE3 -  (taken from the Nicholson "London Pub Guide")

Hare & Billet  -  1a Eliot Cottages (Whitbred)
One hundred year old village pub in a beautiful setting overlooking a
pond right on Blackheath.   Victorian wood-panelling inside, hung with
old prints of Blackheath and Greenwich  (bar food)

Princess of Wales  -  1a Montpelier Row (Charrington)
Large pub in a lovely heathside location.   Sit out the front or enjoy
an excellent bar lunch inside.   Popular local  (bar food)

Railway Tavern  -  16 Blackheath Village  (Ind Coope)
One of the oldest buildings in Blackheath Village, this attractively
ronovated pub is proud of achieving the fourth highest sales of Burton
Ale in Britain.   The restaurant operates as a carvery  (bar food +
restaurant lunch)

There are half a dozen others but all in the Greenwich area up by the
river - some distance away from the venue.

I'd suggest Princess of Wales or Railway Tavern since I'm not sure how
the Hare & Billet might react to being overrun by BOC-l'ers but if
anyone has any other suggestions - or knows the area at all speak now!
