Hawkwind Tour in Trouble

Various UK folks have quite rightly pointed out that there has benn NO advertising
of the tour.

Another reason I can think of is that students have not returned to their uni's
/ colleges yet, & "in my day" students used to flock to see HW (this was late
80s/early 90s).

Give the tour a) at least _some_ advertising
b) a lil' more time  to start selling.
