Tape swap hullabaloo. #1 Problem

One MASSIVE drawback with this tape-swap.

Andy won't get one.  AND he'll know what all the tracks are on all the
cassettes, so even if he gets one by putting his own name in a hat,
he'll be cheated and robbed of the surprise!

We should hire one of those Arbitrary Bodies who mediate for companies
and governments.
