Nah, Doug.
I did not base my information on your post.
I knew the deal on friday, the first day of the festival.  Or rather I
_thought_ I knew the deal.  I believe it all comes down to our
wonderously efficient (lol) government.  It appears the orders never
reached the right hands, or were ignored.  Probably got lost in the
chaos of Ken Starr's Dick Tracy fantasy.
I think the mis-information was the product of hurried explanations over
the phone, coloured by disappointment.
