OFF: IS IT JUST ME OR IS THERE NO-ONE OUT THERE

Does anyone know if there's a probelm with the BOC-L
server.  I've had a couple of messages bounced recently, and
having just downloaded two days worth of e-mails, there's
nothing from BOC-L.  A private post would be appreciated
from someone if this arrives.  If not, I'll coil up in the
corner.
