BOC: Another veiled reference in The Simpsons

In tonight's episode of _The Simpsons_ (where Homer donates a kidney to
his dad), there was, IMHO, another veiled BOC reference.  In Moe's
Tavern, Homer discovers the operation ("procedure") is, in fact,
dangerous, and the regulars start asking him about his various body
parts.  Realising their intent, Homer exclaims, "Hey, quit harvesting me
with your eyes!"

I reckon this qualifies as a veiled BOC reference (to go with the one in
which Homer was a freak in a travelling rock festival).
