Not that I'm aware of - and afaik, it's still only available by mail order
from http://www.darkecho.com/JohnShirley.html.  I got it out of curiosity,
and was rather disappointed with it, feeling it seemed unjustifiably
self-important, so I wondered if I was in the mainstream or out on a limb
(as usual).
