BOC - Man With The Xray Eyes

Just turned on the TV to find 'X' aka 'The Man With The X-Ray Eyes' is
on American Movie Classics.  Don't know when they are going to repeat
it.
It's a pretty cheesey ROger Corman film, delightfully over acted by Ray
Miland.

I'm not sure why this would be considered an 'American Movie Classic',
could it be that Bob Dorian is a BOC fan and has the new album??
