It's traditional.  It's also on Jethro Tull's 1st album, "This Was."

BTW Arjan, I tried to send you a list of bands for the BOC-L tape I sent
you, but the message bounced back.  I tried to send it again about a
half-hour ago.  Hopefully it'll make it through this time.
