[J Strobridge]

Dunno about the other questions you ask but David Hardy did the
painting on the back of the Hall of the Mountain Grill cover -
leastways his signature is on the back cover!   Nice picture too - must
get it scanned in as a backdrop one day when I have a decent machine
that will display it.
