Uh, actually no... What's in the FAQ is a list of bands that have covered
BOC, not a list of cover songs that BOC has done. I did consider trying
to do this, but figured I'd never really have a complete list, especially
if you go back to the days of SWU and SFG.
However, here's a few that I know of:
Born to be Wild - done at least as far back as 1972, and regularly until
about 1986 (although I've got a tape of them doing it in 1988).
Roadhouse Blues - A standard in the early 80s.
Slow Down - Ocassionaly whipped out as an encore in the 90s
It's Not Easy - used to be done regularly in the early 70s, and perhaps
earlier - featured a "triple drum solo" with Albert getting help from
Buck and Eric
Auld Lang Syne - at those New Years Eve performances
In a Gadda Da Vita - done as a medly with Auld Lang Syne
Love Me Two Times - well, one verse and chorus were thrown into the
middle of many of their performances of Roadhouse Blues
Highway Star?? - Can't confirm this. Someone has sworn that they saw
BOC do this in the late 70s - Bolle has said the band never did it live,
but may have used it during soundchecks. Albert?
There's lots more, I'm sure...
John
