OFF: Gromit's "illness"

Whilst I was away on my recent Pacific coast roadtrip, my mail server
(and desktop workstation), gromit.dlib.vt.edu, crashed due to a
momentary power outage in Blacksburg (sometime around June 2nd, as far
as I can determine).

Apparently, the capable folks in the lab in which I work were incapable
of following the simple instructions I left for rebooting it.  Alas,
lots of my e-mail bounced as undeliverable as a result. :-(

I apologise if this caused any hassle for anyone.

(Gromit is back in perfect health, I'm sure everyone will be pleased to
know.:)
