A way which has worked for me is to record the realaudio file, as it's
playing, onto a recorder (I use minidisc) from the sound card's audio
outputs, then record the minidisc (or whatever) as a wave file, which can be
put onto a CD-R.  BTW, the only CD recording software I've found that
doesn't automatically add a two second gap between each song is from
http://www.goldenhawk.com/ .
