Daevid Allen, Naaaaaaaa!
He had a bit of a crisis early 80s. But some of the stuff before and
after that has been the most wonderful music ever made.

I was at a gig a few years back and a drunk got up with Daevid and said
'This man is a genius....' Daevids reply 'Don't say that what happens if
I f**k it up?'

He hasn't put a bad LP out in 10 years..and those 70s albums...cracking
stuff!.

Mind you it has to be said I did spend a little too much time dressing
as a pixie and that was without any drugs ;-)

Sigh.....gone are the days of when the next Hawks/Gong/Ozrics/Sisters of
Mercy gig was all I had to think about............sigh.
