Well, sticking to a "brain" theme I cheated by looking in the Oxford
Companion to the Mind, and came up with these, some of which I really
like!:

Phrenology
Personality Disorder
Paranoia
Paralysis
Paranormal Phenomena
Psychokinesis
Parietal Cortex
Phobia
Psychosis
Psychosurgery

But my personal fav is "Pepper's Ghost" -- this is an optical effect
involving a mirror, and is used for producing stage ghosts.
