BOC: BOC in NSA documents

Well, sort of....

I was going over some documents that the government has
at the national security archive from the 1989 US invasion
of Panama, (I was there at the time, I like to reminisce),
and was somewhat amused to see that they kept a document
detailing all songs played to annoy Manuel Noriega while he
was in hiding in the Vatican embassy.  Blue Oyster Cult
appears in this official document at:

(just change the "5" to "1" through "6" if you want the entire document,
"4" is the only one you really nead to preface it, the first three are
cover page and table of contents...)

I will never cease to be amazed at the stuff they file away.  This stuff
was apparently classified at one point, BTW...

So, is this FAQ-worthy?
