Well, a good part of Time of the Hawklords takes place in and
around the Mountain Grill -- it has the band living (squatting?)
upstairs or next door or something.  But then, that's not really
Moorcock.  Did any of *his* books mention the MG?

Besides that, somewhere in the Cornelius Chronicles, Jerry has a
huge party that goes on for several days, and there's a long
tedious list of people who show up.  Tedious, that is, until you
get to where HW are mentioned :-)  Maybe they even played; I
can't recall.

There's also a scene in the same series with Jerry sitting on
the bank of the Thames, surveying the general destruction that
was once London, listening to Hawkwind on his Walkman (written
years before such things existed, of course).
