I would *highly* recommend, if you're in the area, to visit record fairs in
the NYC/NJ/Philly area, such as the WFMU swap.  I can't say so with 100%
certainty, but it would be highly likely that one of the dealers in
attendance would have a copy (especially the one with the mail-order bride).
