7 Screaming Diz-busters

Hi there everybody, I was just listening to 7 Screaming Diz-busters on
Tyranny and I have a question. At the end of the third verse Eric sings
"I'll not reveal whose name still lost". He must be referring to
Destinova, at a time in history before the Les Invisibles reveal to him
his "starry wisdom". If im not mistaken a Diz-Buz is the feeling you get
while riding a Harley, so these 7 Screaming Diz-busters must be a
motorcycle club, maybe Transmaniacon? anyhow if the character in
question promises not to reveal whose name still lost how did he know
about Destinova to begin with, does he know about there plan to alter
history so the Les Invisibles sent the 7 Screaming Diz-busters to stop
him? I have been totally preoccupied by this in the last few days so any
of your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
