No, I don't believe so.  But, I took the opportunity to fill the holes
in my Brain Surgeons collection at the same time to mitigate the
shipping costs. :-)

Well, I was sure to note that I only wanted the version with the book on
my order, and I'd exchanged e-mail with Gary, who runs The Artist Shop
(and who is also on this list), verifying he was selling the ltd. ed.
