I just got off the phone with Mike Coleman, and he said that they did do an encore at the San Diego gig, but not the Palace Springs show in L.A.  cause he was there.  So, double check !  And probably was cut to disc in 1989, because the discs have a professional lamenated picture on the Discs, not the standard Paper Labels.  Someone paid some money to have these CD's cut.  They weren't done on a home computer, but by a semi-professional studio.
