I think I finally found it.  Not at cdnow or musicboulevard like you
might expect - but at amazon, of all places.  They have it listed as
"Live Chronicles +14", import, 1998.  I'll let you know more when it
arrives.  You know that in a couple of years they'll probably
re-release it as a 32-bit mastered DVD, and I'll have to buy it again.
Cry me a river.  ;-)
