Local Best Buy is selling them for $119....

Anyone have one of these?  Are they all they claim to be?
I use mp3 files regularly on my computer, and (among other
things) would love to be able to listen to stuff like
my ICU cd-rom and stuff on trips...  are they available for
less anywhere else?
