I have to agree that the best place to start listening to Hawkwind is with the "classic" Hawkwind period. I would recommend: In Search of Space Doremi Fasol Latido Space Ritual Hall of the Mountain Grill Warrior on the Edge of Time and then once the addiction has been initiated, you can safely branch out to the many many other releases....
