How is Gov't Mule? The only time I actually heard them was when they played
live on WBCN in Boston about 4 years ago. I remember thinking they sounded
strangely a little like Black Sabbath, though less 'cheesey heavy metal'-ish, and
I guess more blues-based. I liked them, went looking for an album, and could find
none. I then heard nothing about them until they were brought up a month or so
ago on this list. They must have had some popularity though to have been on 'BCN,
an alternative-rock station held tightly within the tendrils of a inconceivably
mammoth corporate monster.
