Surprised no-one replied to this - is anyone from the list likely to be at The
John Bull, Chiswick, tonight?  (If anyone is, the easiest way to find it is to
get a tube to Gunnersbury (District Line, Richmond branch), out of the station,
and it's just about opposite, the other side of Chicwick High Road.)
