(Possibly stating the obvious).  I think the idea is that one disc is
ambient tracks, and the other is anarchist-ish tracks.  So it's themed
differently from most compilations, which tend to survey particular
periods.  (Having said that, I haven't bought it myself, so I don't know
how well it works).
