BOC: MFSL _BOC/T&M_ deleted?

I just got back a notice from CDNow saying they'd cancelled my order for
the MFSL remaster of _BOC/Tyranny & Mutation_ because it has now been
deleted from their catalogue (this was after the order languishing in
"backorder" status for ~2 weeks or so).

So, I'm assuming that with the demise of MFSL, that album (and the
_Agents of Fortune_ MFSL remaster) can now be considered deleted.

Get 'em while you can!
