That's why I'm also against banning firearms (or anything really) outright.
Banning doesn't work. I've always heard that was how the Mafia rose to power
in the US, during Prohibition. Ban something, and a black market will spring
up to supply it to those who want it. "Outlaw guns and only outlaws will have
them"--cliche, but true.
