What days does everyone need space for? and what do we need by way of
meeting space?

As for who reserves, I think that the qualityhotels guy reserved
'em in my name, so if I can get everyone's itineraries, along
with what meeting space we need, and single or double
rooms (ASAP), then I can email the guy with our requirements.

In the end, I'm everyone may have to call the hotel
as well, but I can find out.

So ... itineraries, please?  (Kris and Dave....when does the band
need rooms for?)
