Thanks. Karen K. deserves some credit for instigating it in a sense.

Yeah, yeah...

Hey, this was done via e-mail...you know who to blame! :) I shoulda caught
it though...if you had asked me, I think I'd have gotten it write. :)

Actually, this is the only thing I have from that entire family. You mean I
have to go back and listen to this unremarkable thing now? :)

Maybe true, can't remember. I know I pulled out my vinyl copy of PXR5 to
look at the breakdown of performers, but then later I actually wrote that
paragraph, and of course, it only mentions "Death Trap" as being on that
album (and being recently revisited), and not specifically tied to Shaw's
contributions. So no egregious error I suppose.

What did you think of the version of Wind of Change from "Thrilling"? Simon
House on stage w/ violin (as we hear in Steppenwolf just after (?)), but he
doesn't play the melody from the original version!!!! But then Brock's
guitar bits are so awesome and energizing that I think this version is
perhaps the best (or maybe 'tied' with the original). Well, I liked the
Nottingham version also, but haven't played it in years. (People are still
auctioning this CD on the web...despite the fact that it won't exist
until.....when, Andy Gee?)

Really? I hadn't noticed that. I do like that song, but didn't want to
appear overzealous about HW in the article, just two years (if that) out of
his entire career.
Adrian's son Aaron is really good...I could see him being a crucial element
to Hawkwind: The Next Generation, say in 2012 or so.
