HW: OFF: Ozrics interview

Hi Folks...

A couple interesting bits from the Ozrics interview in an upcoming issue of
Record Collector.  It was posted on alt.fan.ozric-tentacles for us to preview.

Here are two interesting things ...what the hell is the Cheddar Festival,
and does anyone know if HW is really playing there?  And according to Gong's
page, they're supposed to be here in the States during the bulk of September.

Seaweed: We¹re playing at the Cheddar Festival in September (insert date)
though. Everybody off the old festival scene is playing. There¹s us,
Hawkwind, Gong, Here And Now, Roy Harper, Caravan, Steeleye Span (laughter)
‹ it¹s an old-school folk/space festival. Out of reverence for authority,
it¹ll probably be Hawkwind, Gong and Caravan headlining the three nights and
hopefully we¹ll support. Going on just before Gong would be very pleasant
for me.

Ed: Only until the age of eight, when I got a real one. But I did use to
make tapes of crowd noise, people cheering, and play along to that (mass
laughter). It does wonders for your playing! You get this tingle up the back
of your neck. After that it was all the H section in the record shop ‹
Hillage, Hendrix, Hawkwind, Here And Now, Hatfield And The North . . . and
now I really like Steve Vai.

HA!  Sounds familiar!
