HW: MPEG NTSC

I have one of those cards and a video which can play NTSC tapes. I
don't have to do anything funky on the TV to view the NTSC tapes,
but the Hauppauge card (bought in UK) won't display the NTSC
picture completely. The best I can get is a b/w capture.
