If I chime in here, and just say, "Yes! So you _do_ see the

It looks pretty and idiots can use it. You have to be expert to
start with anything else on the market except MacOS. Nobody else is
filling that niche. Means they can make what they like, converting the
drones will be too expensive.
Me, I use 3.1 because I got it with my 2nd-hand box and it only
breaks once or twice a week. Mostly because of something funny hitting it
from our modem. Or Netscape. The actual OS is pretty durable once you're
very familiar with it.
95 on the other hand is the biggest and most disgraceful sham
perpetrated on a mass market since <insert your favourite compatible
Blackadder line here>. Yours,
