If you include Brixton all-nighters, then Chumbawamba and Utah Saints have
to top the list.  I also liked the Revolutionary Dub Warriors.

Someone mentioned Radical Dance Faction.  If you like them, you've probably
already heard Asian Dub Foundation -- if you haven't, then you should!
