        At least you can get to it.  I keep getting the old "There was no
response.  The server could be down or is not responding".  Have been
trying for weeks and weeks.  I use Netscape 4.6, so it's not a java-thingy
problem.  Even tracked downt the IP address (216.167.114.177).  Help me
pleeeeez . . . .
