If it's on Cleopatra, it's a pretty safe bet that it won't include anything
that you can't get elsewhere (and it's not too dangerous a bet that, if
it's on Cleopatra, it won't quite have everything it's advertised as
having).  Still, good to know that one can get an American release of the
Rockin' Vicars material!
