It's really eery as I have been thinking that Davey has always come
across as 'ambitious' for recognition... something about small men?
(Hitler, Napoleon, Attila the Hun?) - but Bedouin just didn't
do it for me (I note a few others passing similar sentiment:
"Don't have Beduoin's set as I don't know any of the tunes (not to
my taste either, and painfully loud, even in the balcony)"
"Bedouin actually did my head in so I went for a cup of
tea and a Mars bar. Just what the doctor ordered. It
was odd having the headliners on first and then the
support."
I'd have to agree with these! Adored the Hawkestra and appreciate
Daveys input (solid) to that - but struggled to get to terms with the
musical direction (?) of Bedouin.

Depressing!!!!! If this does herald the end of the 'old' Hawkwind I
am just sooooooo glad I got to Brixton 2000.
