OFF?: No Dope + Hawkwind??????

Interesting topic, and surpisingly enough I don't recall it ever cropping up
in the five or so years I've been on the list.
Ironic thing for me is: Back when I smoked pot as an adolscent/teenager, I
would sometimes trip out to Sabbath or Floyd, but mostly what I was into then
was metal w/little psychedelic content. As a matter of fact, the idea of
"psychedelic music" was pretty foreign to me. When I started listening to HW
and all that space/kraut rock, I was pretty much limited to alcohol
only...and that's been fine. Sober or drunk, I definitely can get into an
altered state w/HW or whoever...then again, I can't claim that it's the same
as tripping to psyche music, as I've never done that. Must admit, I wish I'd
discovered HW back when I was toking, might have been interesting in a
different way :)
