HW: Live from the Darkside 72 ?

Hi Folks,

Anyone heard of this CD. Seen it advertised in a magazine and I must admit
i've never heard of it.
is it one of those god awful "text of festival" type issues/reissues ( thanks
Dave Anderson... NOT)
Or is it a bootleg worthy of buying ( only got one bootleg - Live at the
Bottom line )

Any info greatly accepted .
