HW: Capt Rizz albums

I've got Manifesto, and never really liked it that much.  Maybe I should
play it again -- I think I only gave it two chances, and possibly it will
sink in a bit after that.

Is the followup better?  I never could find the "I Can See Clearly Now" cd
anywhere.  Anybody got one for trade/sale?
