In the IRC chat at the Mission Control site Simon did say he had permantly rejoined the band. The same chat where Alan announced the same thing.

Richard C.
Ron T.
Jerry R.
Keith K.
Alan D.
Huw L-L.

Or did Simon rejoin?  Possibly Harvey?
