OFF: sf worldcon in philadelphia

that's about 1/2 hour away from me.
I can't read all the details for the program, because the text is so tiny on
this screen.
Do you have any idea if there will be any inclusion of:
Dr. Who,
Red Dwarf or
Blakes 7 guests?
and in that context, what would be the best days to go, it appears to be
several days.
