If you are seriously into BOC, it is an essential look into the history
of the band.  It is *NOT* the band as they were molded into trying to
be Columbia's black sabbath, but I feel it is a key element of what
they came to be.  Its more kind of a trippy blusey sound, a very
different sound than even the first album.  Well, perhaps "Sir Rastus
Bear" sounds like it a bit.  You'll definitely pick out certain riffs
that they recycled on later songs.
