OFF: The Residents// Rozz-Tox Manifesto

i used to get my residents vinyl straight from ralph; on the inside back page
of their catalog was something called "The Rozz-Tox Manifesto", writ by a
fellow named Gary Panter.

i wasnt converted or convinced into anything = it reflected much of what i
was thinking already =
but it remained taped to my wall for years.
